At Damavis we continue to add moments and experiences together through team building activities and events. With the aim of promoting the integration of all members, we organise these actions that allow us to get to know our colleagues better and to deepen the human side of all the people who are part of this great team.
Being a company that is committed to teleworking, for all the benefits it brings, building trust and strengthening ties between people can sometimes be a great challenge. However, at Damavis we have found the formula that best fits this philosophy: to create a virtual workspace where all team members can connect and establish relationships of trust and combine it with other face-to-face and more informal activities that strengthen and strengthen these relationships.
For this second team building event of 2024, we have once again chosen Mallorca as the meeting place. This time, the team gathered in a special location, next to the Sierra de Tramuntana mountain range, a natural space ideal for disconnecting from routine.
Leadership and teamwork
Last June, we opted for a Team building paintball and warrior circuit activity in which we put our more adventurous side to the test. On this occasion, we have chosen to organise training sessions to improve teamwork, develop our leadership skills and promote communication and relationships between people.
With Pere Sbert and Antonija Tadić, we have acquired the appropriate tools and learned the necessary knowledge to continue building not only the company where we want to work, but also a space for personal and professional development with people who encourage us, support us and accompany us along the way.
Beyond the training, we also took advantage of this meeting in an informal way with a very simple but effective dynamic: to relax and connect in a relaxed atmosphere, with a few drinks in between to break the ice and let the conversation flow with anecdotes, concerns or other topics that allow us to get to know each other beyond our professional profiles and strengthen ties in a natural and spontaneous way.
Conclusion
What have we learned from this new experience? Fundamentally, that this type of event is not only a respite from the work routine, but also an investment in human relationships.
This may seem trivial, but in the end it translates into a substantial improvement when it comes to developing projects, since a team that works together, in harmony and under the same purpose, is capable of creating synergies that achieve extraordinary results. And that is reflected in the results that, in the end, in Damavis we offer to our clients.
